Service Description

Please bring in your Referral Form for Allied Health Services under Medicare completed by your GP. Full audioloigcal hearing test involving case history, Pure Tone Audiometry, Speech Audiometry & Tympanometry. You will receive an explanation of your hearing results and referred if required. A report will be sent to your referring GP.
